East Pioneer Mould has experienced more than 15 years of development process, With steady development from a small factory to today's achievement, constantly adjustment and improving the company’s direction during the process. The general development is as following:

　　1, The Company was founded in July 2001, mainly in injection mold processing industry, with only simple processing equipment: milling machines, drilling machines, grinder machines etc.

　　2, In April 2002, we purchased the first Taiwan KAFO CNC machine, and finished installation

　　3, In April 2002, we began a full set of mold design and making. The company's first set of plastic mold design and production (air conditioning plastic parts-----the cover, cavity requires high polish) was successfully completed on May 8, 2002, since then we became a mold design and making company from mold component processing factory

　　4, In June 2003, we successfully completed the first European mold (the cover of air conditioner (windows type) from Electrolux). Since then we began providing professional mold design and making services for international market.

　　5, From 2004, company's turnover became steady development with 30% per year.

　　6,In April 2010, we redefined our future market position, that is mainly in the international market of auto parts, home appliances plastic mold making as our core business. We decided to move to new address, update processing equipment, and form of Shenzhen East Pioneer Mould Co., Ltd.

　　7,In April 2011,Shenzhen East Pioneer Mould Co., Ltd was established, and finish adjustment for all newly purchased mold making equipment in November, started formal operations, continue to provide molds and injection parts to many renowned international enterprises. The size of company is 3500 m², the total staff expected is 150.

       8, In March 2013, East Pioneer Mould imported the professional mould ERP system (EMAN) successfully, from order confirmation, design, purchase, machining, assembling, QC, trial to shipping, totally we managed all projects by the ERP system, which further enhanced East Pioneer Mould's management level.                                                                                                       

       9, In March 2015, due to the rising volume of our company's business, East Pioneer Mould's capacity has been unable to meet the requirements, We decided to expand the scale of the plant and purchase  a lot of new automatic processing equipments, and began to build a new plant in Dongguan.                                                                                                                            

       10,  In April 2016, our company officially changed its name to Dongguan East Pioneer Mould Co., Ltd., and moved all equipments and staff from Shenzhen plant to the new plant in Dongguan, with finishing adjustment for all newly purchased automatic equipments, East Pioneer Mould officially started operations in new plant. the size of the new plant is 10000 square meters, the total staff expected is 200.                                                                                                                   

       11, In May 2016, East Pioneer Mould officially imported automated processing system (EACT), CAD/CAM/CNC/CMM/EDM/WEDM will be successfully combined to further enhance the processing efficiency and quality, while reducing the demand for more personnel.
